A Riverside Refuel at ‘The Best Boulangerie’
Monza Ltd were proud to deliver our first project for the globally recognised bakery café brand Paris Baguette, bringing their distinctive boulangerie and patisserie concept to London’s Southbank.
Founded in 1988, Paris Baguette has grown into an international brand with thousands of locations worldwide, known for combining French-inspired baking with contemporary café culture . This project marked an exciting opportunity to translate that identity into a high-quality physical space within one of London’s most vibrant riverside developments.
Positioned within Casson Square, on London’s Southbank.
The project forms part of a prominent riverside destination known for its blend of cultural venues, commercial environments and public spaces, providing an ideal setting for a premium bakery café concept.
A full shell fit out, completed in just 8 weeks
The scheme comprised a full shell fit-out completed over an 8-week programme, transforming a base build unit into a fully operational bakery café environment.
Scope of works
The entire project included:
• Formation of internal wall partitions
• Installation of suspended and feature ceilings
• Screed flooring throughout
• Full mechanical and plumbing infrastructure
• High-spec wall, floor and ceiling finishes
• Bespoke joinery, counters and service areas
• Installation of all doors and ironmongery
• Specialist stone and tile cladding
Craftsmanship and Detail
A strong emphasis was placed on quality, durability, and precision detailing throughout the project.
The integration of bespoke joinery, specialist cladding, and high-spec finishes ensures the space meets both the aesthetic standards of the Paris Baguette brand and the practical demands of a high-traffic hospitality environment.
Careful coordination across all trades allowed for a consistent, high-quality finish across every element of the interior.
